Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer care team through our website’s contact form or email us directly at contactus@fiajacobs.com. within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (prepaid label can be included at checkout at the time of purchase) unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Processing Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exclusions:
- Returns are not accepted for bespoke or made-to-measure items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges
Exchange Process:

- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our Refunds policy.
