Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer care team through our website’s contact form or email us directly at contactus@fiajacobs.com. within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (prepaid label can be included at checkout at the time of purchase) unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions:

  • Returns are not accepted for bespoke or made-to-measure items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchanges

Exchange Process:

  • To exchange an item for a different size or colour,  please contact us through our website’s contact form or email us directly at contactus@fiajacobs.com.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our Refunds policy.
