Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 weeks (due to garment production time).
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 week.
• International Shipping: Times and rates vary by destination. Estimated delivery within 1-3 weeks (due to garment production time). Customs and import duties may apply at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
• Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Fia Jacobs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
• All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

• Fia Jacobs is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If you receive a damaged order, contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.
• Save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
